Catering Service

When can we bring in cakes and fresh flowers?

3-4 hours before the event.

Are there any limitations on decorating?

No limitations on the decorating, except for no thumbnails, no tapes and stickers on the wall. Pipes and drapes are allowed.

What color are the napkins and tablecloths?

We offer ivory/cream color napkins and tablecloths. You could request for the black color as well.

Can we have ice sculptures, chocolate fountains, or any type of “specialty decorations”?

Sure you can, please contact us to arrange that for your event. We do require additional liability insurance.

Can we bring food, or our own caterer?

We are flexible with this request.

Can we have our ceremony on site?

Yes, we can host your ceremony as well on the site.

What is the pricing structure for kids?

We don’t charge for infants. Kids up to 5 years will get 50% off the menu.

Can we customize our menu with items not listed?

Sure, you can. We try to be flexible with our customers and their needs.

Is the Venue handicap accessible?

The Venue is handicap accessible with handicap accessible restrooms and parking areas.

How many people typically sit at a table and will we need table for all of our guests?

Standard table seats 10 people. Everyone must have a table.

Do you provide table décor?

No, but you can bring your own decorator.

Are the restrooms adequate to accommodate a large number of guests?

The venue has more than adequate restroom facilities.

Do you offer Halal Menu or Food?

Yes, we make halal food for our customers based on their request.

Can we provide our own linens?

Yes, you can.

if the cake must be delivered early, what provisions should be made?

Cake must be delivered 2-hours before the event.

Does the banquet hall offer catering services and what type of food?

We offer catering services to the Bay Area, and our food menu includes international dishes and American dishes. We offer Indian, Afghan, Persian, Asian, Italian, and Mexican food.

Does the banquet hall require deposit?

Yes.

Is the banquet hall deposit refundable or non-refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable.

30-days prior to the function

Is Sound system included for events?

No, it is additional charge.

Is a dance floor provided?

Yes.

Can we visit the venue when it is set up for another event.

Yes, you can. Please contact us to arrange your visit.

Is the venue available for corporate events?

Yes, we can host corporate events in three different event halls depending on your headcount and needs.

Can we set up a payment plan?

Yes, you can. Please contact us for details.

What type of payment do you accept for the event payment?

Credit Cards (Amex Included), Cash, Checks, and money order.

Are rates the same if we have our ceremony and reception at the event venue?

It varies depending on the request.

How should I make a payment?

Call us, or come visit us in person.

Do you have more than one banquet hall?

Yes, we have more than one hall. We actually have 3 distinct ballrooms. The Venetian hall accompanies up to 150 people. Our Majestic ballroom can host up to 200 people. Finally, our main Sultan ballroom can host up to 500 people.

What is the capacity for your banquet hall?

With roundtable seating, up to 800 people can be hosted. In theatre style setting, we can host up to 999 people.

When must we remove décor and other items from the event?

The latest is the following day based on the fact there is no event being hosted the following day.

When can our vendors gain access and what is the procedure for getting them scheduled?

It all depends, but please make arrangement with our office managers.

What is included with the room rental?

Standard tablecloths, napkins, silverware, chinaware, waiters, servers, and soft drinks are included in your room rentals.

Are projectors included for events?

We offer projectors at additional cost with large screens.

Is there is changing area for the wedding party?

Yes, we have two separate bridal areas for changing.

What about Parking?

We have access to a big huge parking space adjacent to the banquet hall with security.

Is valet parking available?

No.

Is the venue available for other events?

Yes, we can host anniversaries, proms, birthday parties, Quinceanera venues.
