I rented the venue for my mom’s 80th birthday party and I loved absolutely everything about this place! The service, the reception decoration and videographer referral by them was amazing! When we arrived on the day of our party everything was just as I had requested! I loved everything and party turned out to be so much better than we had imagined! Thank you Ravi for such outstanding service!

The venue was decorated beautifully! It was everything I wanted and more! All of our guests had fun most especially mom mom. The layout was perfect for the entertainment. All of the staff did such a great job at making our day special and worry free.



I just had my reception party held here on August 28th 2016 and it came out excellent. I had been working with Mr Sharma and he was super understanding and always helping and guiding us in the right direction. Thank you to him my party turned out amazing. I could not have been more happier. My guests loved the hall as well as the set up of decor, dj, food and seating.

The hall can accommodate any types of parties you need. I would recommend this hall to everyone and also recommend Mr Sharma. Contact him and he will make your party turn out great.

We had a recent family event catered by Jamal and team at Royal Palace. The food and service provided was excellent! Jamal's team took care of set-up and serving appetizers, dinner, dessert, tea in a very organized way. Food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed it. Jamal and his team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was memorable. They all genuinely care about your expectations try their best to surpass it. The buffet room was beautifully decorated with enough food and desserts to feed a village lol. We received so many compliments on the food and venue! That is how I would sum up my experience with the team at Royal Palace. From the first day we went in and talked about the details of the wedding till the actual event, I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. I had my wedding here in June and was surprised with how much they helped make the night memorable.

Every time I see a family member or friend, they always mention how amazing the food taste! They not only did an amazing job with cooking the meal, but the presentation was phenomenal (See pictures below). My decor person had nothing to do with this additional room for the food, the Royal Palace team put this together themselves! I cant thank them enough! I highly recommend them for any special event!

I am writing this review as a guest. I attended a friends wedding here. The wedding area was beautiful and the staff was attentive. I sat down with my kids and they came and asked me if I wanted a kids high chair to put my child in. The chandeliers were beautiful, the stage was beautiful and the whole setup was great. I was pretty impressed and didn’t know this place existed.

I don’t think there’s a more friendly, helpful and thoughtful people to be a part of any special event. Royal palace did so much for my daughter’s Sweet 16 party. Anyone that has had a big event should know how stressful it is…. The Owners, Management and staff were amazing!! Loved loved the people there and how they made things so much easier for me. After dealing with other banquets and event halls, Royal palace was by far the most beautiful, elegant, friendliest place for my event. If you need a party event to go perfect? Visit the royal palace and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Thank you thank you thank!!!

Our wedding was at Royal palace and we were completely satisfied with the services, food and arrangements. The staff is very cooperative and thrives to help and fix anything last minute if needed. Highly recommend!

We had Madeena as our event coordinator for my daughter’s wedding at the Royal Palace Banquet Hall in Fremont. I cannot say anything but the best words for the quality of the job she provides. Madeena was incredibly helpful and professional and even though she was always busy, she always took the time to respond. She was attentive and made us feel at ease. I love her personality and positive attitude. She and the staff took care of everyone and everything went great.
We had about 350 guests, everyone was absolutely floored by how beautiful and classy the place was. Also, the FOOD was excellent!! We chose the Arab food menu and it was amazing (though my husband and I didn’t get to eat much of it because of running around).

Thank you so much for making my daughter’s wedding so memorable! I highly recommend this venue and I highly recommend Madeena to anyone who wants an elegant, top-notch, hassle-free banquet hall. It is the most elegant gem in Fremont. THE BEST!

We hosted my sister’s Quinceanera Here and we couldn’t be happier with the service which was offered by Jamal and Madeena. The ballroom is always clean, elegant and state of the art. I really thought it was cool that our DJ did not have to bring their own projectors and screens because Royal Palace has them installed already, the best part of all, it can hook up to any HDMI device and it’s WIRELESS! and it worked smoothly.

We had most of our services outsourced, but Jamal’s courtesy was second to none because he and his staff were always ready to help the other vendors at our event. We spoke to a few people that have hosted events here and they’ve all told us that this hall is one of the best in town.

Overall, we had a great time at this hall, it’s very spacious, the parking is ample and like I said… It’s always clean. We just can’t understand why they have some negative reviews. We hope that Jamal and Madeena continue to extend their courtesy to all their guests, as they did with us.
